Love is like seaweed; even if you have pushed it away,
you will not prevent it
from coming back.
Nigerian ProverbEver drifting, drifting, drifting
On the shifting
Currents of the restless main;
Till in sheltered coves, and reaches
Of sandy beaches,
All have found repose again.
Excerpt from Seaweed
by Henry Wadsworth Longfellow
Beautiful seaweed, and lovely poem.
