Listening
to your heart,
finding out who you are,
is not so simple.
It takes time for
the chatter to quiet down.
In the silence of "not doing"
we begin to know
what we feel.
If we listen and hear
what is being offered,
then anything in life
can be our guide.

Nice ~~ I think you can only really listen, when there is silence. How seldom in our busy world and lives do we seek out silence and solitude so we can listen.

SO hard for me to do... and with our technologically oriented lives it seems to get harder. Sometimes I wish we could turn the clock back to a quieter time :)
