I love Blogger's spam detection!

The way I have my Blog set up, I get a notice through my email account when someone leaves me a comment on any of my blog posts. I love this for three reasons:

1. When someone leaves me a comment, I know.

2. When someone reads my blog and goes back in my archive and leaves a comment, I know. Otherwise I wouldn't have ever of known.

3. I also love this because, when someone doesn't have anything better to do, than to leave spammy comments, I would also know and delete them as soon as possible.

Now that Blogger detects them, I don't have to do that anymore.

Gratitude ~

I'm thankful to God from whom ALL blessings flow.
For my husband, children, family, health, and a roof over my head and all it entails.
For the trials in my life to help grow and stretch me.
For clean water.
For my soul mates that have come into my life to reveal another layer of who I am.

I'm thankful for my friends who have stayed with me and stood by my side, encouraging me to be everything I am and inspire me to strive for more, all the while loving me in spite of my flaws.
For the friends who have left, they were in my life to help me through a season.
You are all, and were, the wind beneath my wings to help me fly higher.

I'm thankful for the freedom of speech and religion.
For my dogs who love me unconditionally and are always wanting to snuggle with me.
For the promise that there will be a brand new day.
For coffee, green and chai tea.
For chocolate and chocolate chip cookie dough.

My Christmas Gift To Charlie ~

When Charlie opened up his Christmas gift from me, he smiled and then looked at me. His smile proceeded to get crooked and he then said, "Hmmm... somehow I think your name should be on this gift too."
